Three new things about learning of setting up business

I've learned three things about setting up business, such as

1. I need to keep all my business-related vouchers and receiptscan in order to deduct business expenses include: accounting and legal fees, advertising expenses, fees, licences, and dues, interest and bank charges, and so on.
2. The name search is mandatory when registering a corporation. According to a name search, I may want to know if the name I have in mind is used by another business or not.
3. If I want to set up a business I need to a licence for my business.

Niagara Falls and Casino

I and my husband went to Niagara Falls on March Break. It was a sunny morning when we arrived Niagara Falls on last Thursday. Because we needed park the car at first , we went to the casino to apply for our membership card, then we can free parking in the Casino . But it was difficult to eat free lunch, we spent a long time to find a free parking space.

However, we had been in the Casino, we decided to play some game. Unluckily We lost a little money as we've expected, but it didn't influence our happy feeling. We went to Niagara Falls after lunch. There are three falls to constitute Niagara Falls, two smaller falls located in USA and the the biggest fall located in Canada. When I stood in front of the Canadian fall, I felt very calmly. It was very magnificent and I was tiny, . Then we saw the Rainbow Bridge which connect with America and Canada. Suddenly I had an impulse to go through the Rainbow Bridge to visit USA.

Because we had to pick up my son from daycare, we had no enough time to visit the city of Niagara Falls.
Niagara Falls left me a deep impression, We'll visit again next time.
